Many students struggle silently with anxiety, depression, burnout, and low self-confidence because mental health is still misunderstood or stigmatized. Schools, colleges, workplaces, and families should encourage open conversations, counseling support, and stress management programs so that young people feel safe asking for help. A healthy mind is just as important as physical health, and supporting youth mental well-being is essential for building a stronger, more confident, and productive generation.
